1. Service Description

OneClaw provides AI assistant deployment services, allowing users to deploy and manage personal AI assistants connected to various messaging platforms (such as Telegram, Discord, WhatsApp).

2. Account Registration

• You must be at least 18 years old to use our services
• You must provide accurate and complete registration information
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• You may not transfer your account to others

3. Subscriptions and Payments

3.1 Pricing

• Hosted Plan: $14.99/month, includes 3-day free trial
• Self-Hosted Plan: $4.99/month, no free trial

3.2 Trial Period

The Hosted plan includes a 3-day free trial. After the trial period, you will be automatically charged unless you cancel.

3.3 Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time. For Hosted plans, there is a 3-day grace period after cancellation, after which your instance will be deleted.

3.4 Refunds

Subscription fees already charged are generally non-refundable. Please contact us for special circumstances.

4. User Responsibilities

When using OneClaw services, you agree to:

• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations
• Not use the service for any illegal or harmful activities
• Not send spam or abuse messaging features
• Not attempt to disrupt or interfere with the service
• Be responsible for all activities conducted through your account

5. API Keys

• You are responsible for obtaining and managing your own AI model API keys
• Use of these APIs must comply with the respective provider's terms of service
• Costs incurred from API usage are your responsibility

6. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Generating or distributing illegal, harmful, harassing, defamatory, or pornographic content
• Impersonating other persons or entities
• Violating any third-party rights
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to other users' data
• Using automated tools to abuse the service

7. Service Availability

We strive to maintain service availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may temporarily interrupt service for maintenance, upgrades, or unforeseen circumstances.

8. Intellectual Property

The OneClaw service and its original content, features, and interface are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of content you create through the service.

9. Disclaimer

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We are not liable for:

• The accuracy or appropriateness of AI-generated content
• Availability of third-party services (Telegram, Discord, etc.)
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneClaw shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data loss, or other intangible losses.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these terms.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or in-service notification.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.
